Drug & Alcohol Testing Consortium

We offer the most comprehensive as well as user friendly consortium in the industry. We can open an account for a motor carrier or individual almost immediately.

You can enjoy the flexibility of sending an applicant into our collections site for a pre-employment drug screen and the applicant can be automatically enrolled as they are hired or qualified by you. Or, we can enroll a specific number of applicants or drivers upon your request with very little inconvenience on your part. The point is, we will work with you on an individual basis in order to tailor make a process to meet your needs.

The terms of the individual memberships are very driver friendly and are listed not he individual membership enrollment form.

We will then select the random drug screens on a quarterly basis. You simply send the drivers in before the end of that specific quarter. Per your request, we will bill you on a monthly basis for any new enrollments as well as renewals and any other types of screenings. You will receive a semi-annual or yearly summary which you can translate onto your MIS data sheet.

This is the most effective method for any carrier to remain in compliance with the State and Federal Regulations, with the least amount of inconvenience.

Mandatory Supervisor Training offered by HSCS, Inc.

Per the DOT Regulations Part 382.603 (CFR.49) The USDOT and some other agencies, such as the PUC, require a minimum of 60 minutes of training on alcohol misuse and 60 minutes of training on controlled substance use for supervisors of safety sensitive employees. This training will certify your supervisors, bringing your company into compliance.
